Origin Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm investing in software, consumer, and marketplace businesses in the Digital Native economy. We believe businesses built for Digital Natives have an outsized growth advantage. The Digital Native Economy is powered by 140M Millennials and Gen Z between the ages of 10 and 40. They’re the first generations to have a smart phone, pervasive high speed internet, and social media from a young age. Digital Natives grew up with a cell phone in their hand, and they do things differently than prior generations as a result. We’ve identified themes driven by these behavioral changes and use them to drive our investment strategy.
