To date, Safar has invested in 40+ portfolio companies. Safar invests in three areas: cleantech and advanced materials, AI/IT and robotics, and life sciences. Safar targets a return multiple of over 4x on invested capital and a net IRR of over 20%. With access to the most promising technologies developed by the brightest minds, we are often one of the first investors in our portfolio companies, helping them grow and achieve technological and financial success. Our board is comprised of scholars and experts from Harvard, MIT, and the University of Rochester who are committed to seeing a more efficient technology transfer and faster scaling of ideas that will change the world.
